This policy explains how Genovese Media handles information provided through our website, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, discovery call bookings, and related communications.

Information collected

When you inquire or book a call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name or type, shoot location, preferred dates, content package selections, and project details. Meta may prefill contact fields from your profile; please review those details before submitting.

Website hosting and third-party services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, and service logs when you visit or use them.

How information is used

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss your content needs, arrange discovery calls, prepare proposals, and manage services you request. Submitting a lead form does not book a shoot or require payment.

Service providers and sharing

Facebook and Instagram lead forms are operated by Meta. Discovery call scheduling is provided by Calendly. When you continue from our website to Calendly, your name, email, and selected package summary are passed to Calendly to prefill your booking. Hosting, email, and scheduling providers process information as needed to provide their services. Their own privacy policies also apply.

We do not sell your lead form contact details or provide them to other businesses for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

Cookies and third-party services

Our current website does not include a Meta Pixel or a dedicated analytics script. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and may embed Calendly when you proceed to booking. These services, and Meta when you use its platforms, may use cookies or other technologies under their own policies. Browser settings can control cookies, though disabling them may affect third-party features. Our website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry details, or stop following up, by emailing sean@genovesemedia.com. We may need to verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for active services, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Requests relating to information held independently by Meta or Calendly should also be directed to those providers.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in project descriptions. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

Our business inquiry and discovery call services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us to request its removal.
