1 Choose your services

Filming, scripting, editing, color, and sound. Five-reel minimum.

Filming, editing, and thumbnails. 1–2 videos: $3,000 each. 3–4 videos: $2,000 each.

15% of qualifying sales proposed; attribution, production scope, and ad spend agreed on the call. Excluded from this estimate.

2 Plan your session

Filming is included in your content price. Deliverables and session feasibility are confirmed on the call.

Travel over one hour each way: $50 per extra round-trip hour, rounded up to 30 minutes. Flights, lodging, rentals, parking, and tolls are separate, client-approved costs.

3 Tell us your idea

Your details and package summary will be passed to Calendly when you continue. A shoot date is requested, not reserved.

THE DETAILS, UPFRONT

Know what to expect.

Payment & booking

No payment before your free discovery call. After scope approval, 30% is due upon signing to reserve the shoot; the remaining 70% is due before the shoot, by the deadline in your agreement. Six-month prepaid packages are paid in full and receive 5% off content fees only.

Cancellations & rescheduling

With at least 72 hours' written notice before the shoot, choose a refund of your deposit or transfer it to a rescheduled date. With less than 72 hours' notice, the 30% deposit is nonrefundable. Treatment of any balance, prepaid future sessions, completed work, and late rescheduling is stated in your final agreement before payment. If Sean cancels, choose rescheduling or a refund of payments for canceled, undelivered work.

Revisions & scope changes

One revision round is included. Additional short-form revision rounds are $50 per reel. Work outside the agreed scope is $100/hour, with an estimate and your approval before proceeding. Extra revision fees and hourly scope charges do not apply to the same work. Long-form additional revision costs are confirmed in your agreement.

Shoot time & travel

Half-day: up to 4 hours. Full-day: more than 4, up to 8 hours. Filming is included. Extensions of the booked scope and work beyond 8 hours are discussed and approved at $100/hour. Travel up to one hour each way from Irvine is included. Additional round-trip travel is $50/hour in 30-minute increments. Client-approved travel accommodations and expenses are additional, at actual cost without markup. Refundable travel costs are returned; nonrefundable bookings remain payable, subject to available credits.
